We at Kinsight, LLC may disclose non-public personal information about you to financial services providers (such as outside custodians, broker/dealers, life insurance agents, banks, accountants, etc.) and attorneys. We will limit the disclosure of your non-public personal information to what is necessary in order to process your transactions and otherwise conduct business on your behalf.

We may also disclose non-public personal information we collect about our clients or former clients only as permitted or required by law. For example, federal regulations allow us to share a limited amount of information about you with a brokerage firm in order to execute certain transactions on your behalf, or so that our firm can discuss your financial situation with your accountant or lawyer.

Under no circumstances will we sell or provide your information to vendors or solicitors for their independent use. The third parties with whom we do provide your non-public personal information are not authorized by us to use or share your information for any other purpose than to provide services to Kinsight, LLC for the particular transaction they were hired.

IV. YOUR RIGHT TO OPT OUT

Kinsight, LLC is committed to protecting your non-public personal information and using it only in ways that will benefit you. It is important that you are aware that you have choices regarding the disclosure of your information. We will inform you of any potential future disclosures, other than those stated herein and/or permitted or required by law. Please note, however, that such opt-outs may limit our ability to carry out our duties.

We will apply strict confidentiality standards for any disclosure of your information. Our company will only disclose that which is necessary to properly conduct your business. If the disclosure of your non-public personal information in the above stated manner is acceptable, there is no need to contact us.

V. CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY

Confidentiality is a high priority for us. We restrict access to your non-public personal information to those individuals, including employees, who have a business or professional purpose for knowing the information in order to conduct your business.

We provide the same protection for our former clients as we do for current clients. Personally-identifiable information about you will be securely maintained during the time you are a client and for the required time thereafter that such records are required to be maintained by federal and state securities laws and consistent with the CFP Board Code of Ethics and Professional Responsibility.
